Getting Started
Dashboard Overview
The main dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all your MomentLens devices. Each device card displays:
- Device name (editable by clicking the edit icon)
- Battery level and charging status
- Storage usage and remaining clip capacity
- Location and connectivity status
- Warning indicators for issues requiring attention
Device Registration
Click the "Register Device" card to add new MomentLens devices to your network. The system will automatically scan for nearby devices and guide you through the pairing process.

Device Details
Click on any device card to access detailed information and management options:
- Real-time battery and storage monitoring
- Connectivity diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Memory playback and clip management
- Device settings and configuration
- Firmware updates and maintenance scheduling
Warning System
Devices with issues display warning triangles. Click the warning icon to access specific troubleshooting guides and solutions.
Event Management
In Use Tab
Monitor active events and device assignments:
- View all ongoing events and their participants
- Track device assignments and usage status
- Monitor event progress and completion
- Access quick actions for event management
Device Assignment
Create new events and assign devices through a guided workflow:
- Enter event details and start date
- Add participants to the event
- Select and assign device models
- Configure device settings (memory clearing, notifications)
- Review and confirm assignments
Memory Management
Memories Tab
Access and manage recorded content:
- Browse memories by event, date, or participant
- Preview and download video clips
- Share memories with participants
- Organize content with tags and categories
- Manage storage and archival options

Device Maintenance
- Regularly check battery levels and charge devices when needed
